Is the studio really home-based?
Yes. Nicolette’s studio is a private, home-based space in Croydon, NSW, with visits by appointment. The exact address and arrival arrangements are shared directly when your appointment is confirmed. Please ask about access or privacy needs before booking.
Will Nicolette be my therapist every time?
Yes. This is Nicolette’s independent studio. Your appointments are with her, so your care stays with a familiar person as you move through your treatment plan.
I’m new to laser. Where should I start?
Start with a consultation. It is a chance to discuss your goals, skin and hair, ask about experience and equipment, and understand suitability, possible risks and the full cost before choosing a treatment.
What laser do you use, and is it right for me?
The studio’s equipment details will be published before bookings open. Ask Nicolette about the exact device and her training with it. Suitability needs an individual assessment; no treatment is automatically suitable for everyone.
How should I prepare, and what about aftercare?
Ask for preparation instructions before your appointment, and share any medicines, recent tanning or skin concerns. Follow your provider’s instructions for your skin. Our preparation and aftercare guide explains what to discuss.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no single number that suits everyone. Your hair, skin, treatment area and response all matter. Discuss likely sessions, maintenance and costs during your consultation, and review progress together.
Where can I park? Is there step-free access?
Please confirm parking, transport and step-free access with Nicolette before visiting. Arrival details have not been finalised on this website, and the Croydon map link shows the suburb rather than the studio address.
Can I book online yet?
Online appointments are not open yet. The booking panel will link to the studio’s booking service once available. Prices currently shown are a preview from the initial treatment menu and need confirmation before booking or payment.
